"I," "me," or "my" means the authorized officer/signer who signs below. "You" or "your" means American Finance L.L.C.

I authorize you to obtain such information as may be required concerning the statements in this Dealer Application and agree that this information shall remain your property whether or not a business relationship is established. I certify that all statements on this form aretrue, accurate and complete and are made for the purposes of doing business with you. If I am a sole proprietor or a principle, I alsoauthorize you to obtain consumer reports on me from consumer reporting agencies. I also authorize you, for purposes of entering intoand maintain a business relationship with you, to check credit histories, including verbal and written contacts with other financial institutions and references from time to time, and to furnish such information with respect to business relationships with you to consumer reporting agencies and others.

I understand that I am fully responsible for the acts and sales representations of all sales personnel. I warrant that ethical and properselling practices will be followed and that immediate attention will be given to all complaints involving sales representations andproducts sold and/or installed by the Dealer.

I hereby certify and declare that I am an authorized signer for the Dealer

I hereby authorize American Finance L.L.C. to initiate credit entries, and if necessary, debit entries and adjustments for any credit entriesmade in error, to the Dealer's account indicated above.
