This Online Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to American Finance L.L.C. (“American Finance”) and applies to its online interface (including websites or mobile platforms), social media accounts, and any other online or mobile applications operated by American Finance (each a “Website” and collectively the “Websites”). In this Policy, “you” and “your” refer to each customer or automobile dealer, and collectively, all customers on a retail installment sales contract (“Account”), and/or each user of the Websites, as applicable. “We”, “us”, and “our” means American Finance and its agents and service providers as applicable.

American Finance is committed to respecting the individual rights of consumers. Our goal is to maintain your trust when handling your Personal Information, as defined below. This Policy describes how we may collect, use, and share information collected through the Website, and how it applies to you.

When you visit our Websites, we collect personal information (“Personal Information”) about you from the information you provide us, which may include, but is not limited to:

If you are an automotive dealer, we may also collect the following information:

  • Business name
  • Dealer address
  • Whether you are an existing dealer partner

We do not sell your Personal Information or assist companies in advertising their products to you. In addition to the information described above, we may collect behavioral information when you use our online services. American Finance may use Personal Information to

We may revise this Policy from time to time, as permitted by law. If the changes are material, we will post a notice on the Website before the revised Policy becomes effective. We encourage you to periodically review the Website for information on our privacy practices related to the Website.

Our Websites are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13) nor do we market our products or services to such children. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. Our products and services are not available to anyone who is not of legal age to enter into an enforceable contract.
